Defendant In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, online at https://highland.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Thursday the 2ND/16TH day of January, 2025, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situate In the County of Highland, Dodson Township and state of Ohio, to-wit: Situate in Village of Lynchburg, Township or Dodson, County of Highland, State of Ohio, and being part of Virginia Military Survey Number 4256, and also being Village of Lynchburg Lot 170 and part of Village of Lynchburg Lot 171 (said Lot 170 formerly known as Lot 9 of Lynchburg — Addition by Wm. Haines as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 273 and said Lot 171 formerly known as Lot 10 of said Haines Addition) and being all of the parcels conveyed to James K. Barker as recorded in Official Record Volume 997, Page 3167 (all references to deeds, microfiche, plats, surveys, etc. refer to the records of the Highland County Recorder's Office, unless noted otherwise), being Auditor's Parcel Number 11-08-404-080.00 and being described as follows: Lot 170-A (0.26 1 acres) of the Replat of Haines Addition and recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 126 in Highland County Recorder's Office, subject however to all covenants. conditions, restrictions, reservations, and easements contained in any instrument of record pertaining to the above described tract of land. This description was prepared from a field survey performed by Horizon Surveying, LLC under the direct supervision of Paul F. MacCallum, Ohio Professional Surveyor No. 7561 in July of 2024.
